Think Factory is an INSPIRA online research platform designed to serve online qualitative forums.
The interface is modern (adapted to today’s requirements for online interfaces), simple and easy to use, while offering a wide variety of expression options for the survey participants. In addition to traditional chat tools, survey participants have the opportunity to upload pictures, videos, and respond to quantitative mini-survey questionnaires. The mini-survey results are processed automatically and in real-time, so the results can be instantly displayed on the platform (thereby stimulating the next steps of the online discussion).
Our largest Think Factory research so far was conducted with 80 participants who were present on the platform for almost a week. During this time, our moderators raised 28 questions and topics in 7 different areas that are intrinsically linked to the research objectives. The survey resulted in more than 3,500 forum posts, with respondents uploading dozens of videos and photos. The variety, quantity and quality of the results and insights we received exceeded our expectations. As with any other INSPIRA Think Factory research, our client was able to follow the entire research process “live”.
