The INSPIRA Group and its staff have considerable experience in service research in almost all major service sectors.

We see an increase in B2B research projects in recent years, in addition to the demand for “classic” customer research. Our B2B research is often multi-phase, combining qualitative and quantitative research methods and modules.

Quantitative data collection in these studies is increasingly carried out on online platforms, with short but targeted questionnaires tailored to the characteristics of the target group (high workload, hectic timing, etc.).

In qualitative research, our senior colleagues who conduct in-depth expert interviews are always well-prepared for the specifics of the sector and, if necessary, rely on outside expertise in the preparation and analysis process.
